Exchange and Return policies

Please note we ONLY offer exchange there’s no return or refund policy
Incase of any mistake regarding size or product on our part, we accept complete responsibility and offer exchange of the product without any additional delivery fee.
For exchange customer can send the parcel back to us and if the customer resides in any City except Karachi, we will compensate them.
The item is to be packed and given to the rider or sent by you to our address in the same packaging, tagged and same condition.
We are not liable for exchange incase of customer’s change of choice or any wrong size selected by customer. (We provide detailed size charts for every product to avoid misunderstandings)
If the parcel sent to us by the customer for exchange is received in bad/damaged state or with any missing elements then our company is no longer responsible for exchange.
Please contact us within 2 hours after receiving your parcel so we can facilitate better.
Exchange or return is not possible on sale, special discounted or customized items.

Cancellations:
You may cancel any order within 12 hours of placement. Post expiry of the aforementioned period, no cancellation requests shall be entertained by us
